To prepare for the ticket sales and promotion of your event, we need some images. Below you'll find an overview of the images in the correct dimensions.
If you're unable to design these yourself, no problem, our in-house designer is happy to work on them. Ask us about the possibilities.
We'll need images for the website and the e-ticket at the very least to start selling your event.
Summary:

- Image on the homepage (660 x 495 pixels). To be delivered in JPG, maximum 200 KB.
- Horizontal banner on your event page (1920 x 450 pixels). To be delivered in JPG, maximum 200 KB.
- E-ticket ambiance image (680 x 270 pixels). To be delivered in JPG, maximum 100 KB.
- E-ticket logo or route plan (500 x 400 pixels). To be delivered in JPG, maximum 100 KB.
- Marketing image for Facebook (1200 x 628 pixels). To be delivered in JPG, maximum 200 KB.
- Marketing image for Instagram (1080 x 1080 pixels). To be delivered in JPG, maximum 200 KB.
- Marketing image for Stories (1080 x 1920 pixels). To be delivered in JPG, maximum 200 KB.
- We also kindly request a promotional text about the event in at least 300 words. Click here for tips on composing a good text.

Image on the homepage (660 x 495 pixels). To be delivered in JPG, maximum 200 KB.
Please include the name of the event in this image, as there are no buttons with event names on our homepage.
Please consider:
- Preferably mention the name of the event on this image. In 1 image, it should be clear what this is about.
- Mentioning the date and location of the event is advisable
- Do not mention prices
- Do not mention a website or phone number
- Horizontal banner on your event page (1920 x 450 pixels). To be delivered in JPG, maximum 200 KB.
- When communicating prices on this banner, communicate exclusively ticket prices including service fees (legally required)
- Do not mention a URL, phone number, or this banner. People are already on the direct ordering page, so referring to a URL is pointless.
- Name of the event, location, date, and times can all be displayed on the banner.
Tickets:
- E-tickets ambiance image (680 x 270 pixels) and E-tickets logo or route plan (500 x 400 pixels). To be delivered in JPG, maximum 200 KB.
- For the E-tickets atmosphere image (680 x 270 pixels) to be supplied in JPG, maximum 200 KB:
This image should truly convey the atmosphere of the ticket and is an opportunity to brand your ticket in your own look & feel.
Do not mention the date on it, as it is already stated elsewhere on the ticket.
Do not mention location and times on it, as they are already stated elsewhere on the ticket.
Do not mention the price on it, as it is already stated elsewhere on the ticket.
Do not mention any website or phone number on it, as it is not necessary in this context. People have already ordered their ticket.

For the E-tickets logo or route plan (500 x 400 pixels) to be supplied in JPG, maximum 200 KB: - Include the logo of the event in this image.
- Optionally add logos of sponsors to the same image. If you have multiple sponsors, you can supply one image containing all the sponsors.

Mobile Ticket
We automatically show the name, date and time of the event in the app. We place this in white letters on the bottom part of the image.
- Event name, date and time do not have to be on the image
- Prices, ticket types, website and contact details do not have to be included in the image
- It is best to use a logo of the event, or a photo of the artist(s). Make sure that the color white does not appear in the bottom quarter of the image.
Social Media (optional):
- Facebook (1200 x 628 pixels). To be provided in JPG format, maximum 200 KB.
- Metioning the name of the event, location, and date is possible. Times are less relevant

- Do not mention a phone number
