We have 4 options for ticket scanning for your event:

• Use the free scan app: You can scan tickets yourself using the free Ticketmatic scan app. Detailed instructions are available for this option.
• Rent scanners for self-use: You rent one or more scanners from us. These can be used independently. We provide a manual for this purpose.
• Rent scanners for self-use with the assistance of a Ticketpoint supervisor: You rent scanners from Ticketpoint along with a supervisor. This supervisor provides instructions and guidance, and oversees the scanning team that you organize yourself.
• Rent scanners and deploy a complete scanning team by Ticketpoint: You rent scanners from Ticketpoint, and in addition, Ticketpoint provides a complete scanning team.
