Our scanning software and equipment work very simply. We have instructional videos available for everything, and we find that many organizers are self-sufficient in this regard.

However, if you would like the support of a Ticketpoint supervisor on-site, that is certainly possible.

If you would like a complete on-site team, that is also an option. We work with various hosting agencies and can always provide experienced and enthusiastic hostesses to manage access control. Additionally, if on-site ticket sales need to be facilitated, we can accommodate this as well.
