Ticketpoint operates with a transparent fee structure.


The consumer pays a fee per ticket (service fee per ticket). The amount depends on the type of event (seated, general admission, large/small, etc.) and is therefore dependent on agreements with the organizer.


Additionally, we charge a base fee per order. From this base fee, standard transaction costs and costs for automatic ticket delivery are covered. In addition to standard delivery by email or mobile ticket, the consumer has the option, at an additional cost, to receive the tickets by mail. This can be by regular mail, registered mail, or in a nice gift packaging. This is a voluntary choice for the consumer. Ticketpoint does not charge iDeal fees to the consumer (these are covered in the standard base fee per order). However, there may be additional costs for special payment methods (for example, there is a small additional cost for sending an invoice by mail to cover postage costs).
