It's time, the event is coming up soon! To ensure your attendees are well-prepared for your event, we recommend sending a service email. In this email, we provide attendees with the latest information about:
- Program
- Parking/location information
- Route and roadworks
- Information about access routes
- Information about cloakroom
- Any lunch/dinner details
- Event-specific information, such as entrance/hall/venue name
Additionally, this is the ideal place to offer upsells. For example, allow your attendees to purchase a token voucher in advance, buy a parking ticket, or generate additional revenue for your event in other ways.
We kindly request the necessary information regarding the above points. Ideally, we'll send the service email 3 days before the start of your event.
