We can ensure that the right people are present on-site to provide support, in combination with volunteers.

We can offer you 2 options:


Ticketpoint Staff


  • Operating and managing the on-site ticketing system.
  • Assisting customers with ticket and venue-related inquiries at the information desk.
  • Handling ticket scanning on-site using our user-friendly scanners.


Supervisor


Overseeing operations at the ticketing and information point.

Providing and implementing solutions in case of emergencies or scanner errors.

Supporting and supervising the ticket scanning staff.

Identifying and implementing improvement points.


Ticketing Staff: €27.50 per hour ≈

Supervisor: €35 per hour

We require a minimum commitment of 4 work hours per staff member. Costs are exclusive of €0.19 travel expenses per kilometer from Den Bosch.


The client is responsible for providing and covering the costs of crew catering.
