Upsell

We offer the opportunity to offer visitors another related product alongside purchasing a ticket. This is called an upsell. For example, a parking pass for an event or tokens for a festival.

Let's take the latter as an example. As a customer, you can purchase tokens in addition to the event ticket. After payment, you receive the ticket and a voucher to collect tokens. The customer redeems this voucher at a stand on-site and receives the number of tokens specified. This reduces queues and creates commitment for complimentary tickets ("I've already bought tokens, it would be a waste not to go").

The upsell and the entrance ticket can be offered in a single order module.

Please note: This feature is not available if you are selling tickets for a seated event.
