When you want to import external barcodes, it is important to test them before the sale.

Testing: Send a barcode for testing to support@ticketpoint.nl. We can then check if we can import it. Send us both the numerical code and the corresponding QR code. We will test if the QR code scans correctly with our scanning software.

Submission: After we have approved the external barcodes, you can send us the complete file. Preferably, provide this in Excel format. If different barcodes have access to different entrances, please inform us directly.

Selling: After submitting the barcodes, you can start selling them externally. Keep in mind that we cannot be held accountable for the correct sale of the tickets. It is advisable to arrange a communication protocol with the party selling the external barcodes.
